Where do Bike Club deliver?


We deliver across the majority of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.




How much does delivery cost?


Our delivery charges vary based on the delivery date you choose at checkout. Delivery on any weekday is currently free, whilst weekend delivery costs £10.

How quickly can you deliver?


At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery dates. The delivery dates range from 4 days to 4 weeks, and are dependent on your postcode and order.


If you have a specific need (for example, if you need a bike in time for a birthday), please get in touch, and we'll see what we can do.




Will you give me a delivery slot?


If you choose our premium delivery service, our couriers will get in touch by SMS the evening before your delivery date to provide a 2-hour delivery window. They also provide detailed live tracking, which you can use to track the van on a map.




What if I'm not in when you deliver?


An adult will need to be present to sign for receipt of any subscription bikes or scooters.


If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will take your package back to their depot and re-attempt delivery on another day.


If you need to change your delivery date, please get in touch as soon as possible.




Why do I need to complete a credit check?


As a regulated financial services provider, the Bike Club is legally obliged to make sure that our members can afford our subscriptions.


We only ever make 'soft' credit checks, which don't affect your credit rating and aren't visible to banks. If you don't pass our credit check, we will cancel your order and refund any money already taken.



How do I order a second bike?


If you're already a member, you can add more bikes to your account by logging in through our website and placing an order for the bike or scooter you have your eyes on!
